2Coders Studio, S.L. operates the website https://www.visitrapp.com, the mobile application Visitr, and related products and services. The company is registered in Spain at Calle Practicante Ignacio Rodriguez, Parque Científico Tecnológico de la Universidad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Las Palmas 35017, with VAT number B76173442.

By accessing the Services, you agree to be bound by these Legal Terms. If you disagree, you must discontinue use immediately. Services are intended for users 13 and older. Minors require parental permission and supervision.

1. Our Services

Information provided through the Services is not intended for distribution where prohibited by law. Users accessing from other locations do so at their own responsibility regarding local law compliance. Services are not tailored to comply with industry-specific regulations like HIPAA or FISMA.

2Coders Studio owns or licenses all intellectual property in the Services, including source code, databases, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics. Content and trademarks are protected by copyright and trademark laws internationally.

Subject to compliance, users receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access Services and download Content for personal, non-commercial use only. No copying, reproducing, republishing, or commercial exploitation is permitted without express written permission.

3. User Representations

By using Services, you represent that registration information is true and current, you have legal capacity to comply with these terms, you are not under 13 years old, and your use will not violate any applicable laws.

4. User Registration

Users may be required to register to use certain Services. Passwords must be kept confidential, and users are responsible for all account use. The company reserves rights to remove or change usernames deemed inappropriate.

5. Purchases and Payment

Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. All payments are in Euros. Users authorise charging for purchases and recurring subscription fees until cancellation.

6. Free Trial

New users receive a 15-day free trial. Accounts are not charged during the trial period.

7. Cancellation

8. Prohibited Activities

Users may not use Services to:

Systematically retrieve data without permission
Circumvent security features
Upload viruses or disruptive material
Reverse engineer or decompile software
Impersonate others or create unauthorised accounts
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Develop competitive products or services using our proprietary information

9. User Generated Contributions

When creating contributions, users warrant that content does not infringe proprietary rights, is accurate and not misleading, complies with all applicable laws, and does not harass or threaten others.

10. Mobile Application

Access via the App grants a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to install and use the App on owned or controlled devices. Users shall not decompile, reverse engineer, or decrypt the App.

11. Third-Party Websites and Content

Services contain links to third-party websites. The company is not responsible for third-party content, accuracy, or privacy practices. Inclusion of links does not imply approval or endorsement.

12. Disclaimer

SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS-IS” AND “AS-AVAILABLE” BASIS. THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

13. Limitation of Liability

THE COMPANY AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES FROM SERVICES USE. COMPANY LIABILITY IS LIMITED AT ALL TIMES TO AMOUNTS PAID BY USERS IN THE SIX MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CAUSE OF ACTION.

14. Governing Law

These Legal Terms are governed by Spanish law. Both parties agree to non-exclusive jurisdiction of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria courts. EU consumers may also defend their rights in their country of residence.
