Known as the island's most consistent restaurant when it comes to ecology and healthy eating, Gastrobar El Duende del Fuego in Los Llanos, and its head chef Pedro, have once again scoured the island to find top-notch products, both in terms of flavor and ecology, to update the menu and satisfy a clientele so conscious of their diet. And the results of this search speak for themselves: organic vegetable soup with turmeric (above) and Palmeran beef ossobuco, with organic purée and a sweet Negramol wine sauce (below) are one of their best dishes.
