Tabaiba

It is a few meters from the famous beach of Las Canteras, takes its name from a native flower and is a surprise, because it defends with solvency what they define here as... an evolutionary Canarian cuisine! Here the proposal is based exclusively on two tasting menus (Tabaiba and Experiencia), with elaborate dishes that seek to pay homage to local products, such as Pella, Gofio and Plantain.
