Located in the heart of the winery in Lanzarote, the EL GRIFO Wine Museum showcases a collection of historic machinery and old wine tanks that have been used throughout our 250-year history.

Visitors can explore everything from the original 1775 winepress to tools that reflect the evolution of winemaking on the island, uniquely adapted to the extreme conditions of its volcanic soils.

Among our most treasured pieces is the 1775 foundational stone, engraved with the date marking the beginning of this iconic winery.
